What is the PURPOSE of Dream Teams?

Our Dream Teams are filled with incredible people who have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively using them to serve the River City family. Serving one another is a joyful privilege and a hallmark of Christian living! Our Dream Teams are a great place for you find a fitting ministry role at River City and use your gifts to make an eternal difference. You were made for this!

God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts.  Use them well to serve one another.  1 Peter 4:10

How can I SERVE at River City?

• Discover your gifts and passions and how to use them. Complete our CONNECT TRACK class.
• Participate in a LIFE GROUP.
• Put your passions and abilities to work - CONNECT WITH US and join a DREAM TEAM today!
• Help others on their journey with Jesus - Lead a Dream Team or Life Group.

We want to invite you to attend our CONNECT TRACK class. This class offers helpful insights into the culture and values of River City, your own personal gifts, and your leadership potential.  We would love to help you find a fulfilling servant leadership role here at River City. Once you have completed our Connect Track and are ready to join a Dream Team, please email us or call our River City Office at 208-743-7101 so we can help you find the team that is best for you.

MEET our Dream Teams...

*  teams that require a background check, which we will provide with your permission.

• A-TEAM - Administrative and scheduling support for all the other Dream Teams.
• CONNECTION TEAM - Helps people feel connected, welcomed and part of our River City family by greeting, providing resources and information on current River City events.
• SETUP & TEARDOWN TEAM - Prepares our Sunday morning worship services with setup & teardown of our auditorium, foyer, and Kid City areas.
• OFFICE TEAM - Prepares programs and other materials for our Sunday Services during the week.
• PARKING TEAM - Welcomes visitors, first-time guests, and church family members by assisting them with parking and shuttle services to and from our front entrance.
• PRAYER TEAM - Provides prayer opportunities before and after each of our Sunday services for those who are attending as well as prayer throughout the week.
• *SAFETY TEAM - Ensures a safe atmosphere for all who are attending our Sunday morning worship services, and are on hand for any emergency.
• TECH TEAM A - Maintains smooth operation of the Kids City Check-In computers and River City admin laptops.
